almost-the-end-of-the-semester rant

So--- three things I'd like to point out.

1. Please do NOT come late to class EVERY SINGLE TIME. First of all, it's disrespectful to the teacher, and it disrupts class. It's ok to be late once in a while -- due to unforeseen circumstances. Being late every class just makes you look like a jerk.

2. If you weren't expecting a lot of work in grad school, you should probably question your sanity as to why you're here. People, deal with the work load. Grad school takes work, you're not going to just breeze through it!  If you want to chill your way through grad school, by all means do it, but don't give extra work to your colleagues. Handle your own crap and get your stuff done by yourself.

3. If you don't like the professor, at least have the courtesy to still be respectful IN FRONT OF HIM. Don't be talking in a loud voice during lecture -- or answer the phone in class.

I thought grad students knew how to be more courteous?? So there you have it, 3 things that get on my nerves. And now, back to studying.
